Nioxin is a really good brand....but you have to fully commit. Nioxin reccomends that when you are using their products, that you only use their products (kiss your fav hair spray and serum and mousse and lv in cond goodbye). Nioxin removes a toxin from the scalp called DHT. They believe that too much DHT on the scalp doesnt allow proper blood circulation and when the blood isnt circulating properly, the hair isnt being stimulated to grow and call fall out. That being said, if you are using the Nioxin shampoo and scalp therapy and you go and spray your fav hair spray on your hair - you've just put back all the enviormental toxins nioxin took out. Now they DO have their own line of styling products.....It's something to think about.I want to know if anyone has tried the Nioxin hair system?

I have been using the Nioxin #3 system for awhile...I really like it and think it is making my hair feel and look thicker. If you are interested in it I talked to my hair stylist and she knew alot about it..you can also go to nioxin.com and find out what system is best for your hair type. It does take a bit more time to use than regular shampoo since it is a three step process and you have to leave the product on for a bit before rinsing in the shower then use the leave in product when done with the shower. The leave in product is very nice and makes your hair soft and easy to comb. The styling products are nice too. Anything to get full, thick, beautiful hair! lol... Good Luck!
