Should I use Garnier Fructis Length & Strength or Nioxin?

I want to make my hair grow longer even the slighest bit faster. Ive been wondering if I should use Nioxin products or Garnier Fructis to help. And if so, what kind of product from Nioxin? What is the name of the product to use?Should I use Garnier Fructis Length %26amp; Strength or Nioxin?
actually use Mane鈥榥 Tail shampoo it does wonder to your hair use the conditioner as well. My hair used to take for ever to grow and now I have thick beautiful long hair!


You can find it at Walgreen's and Walmart..I think at Walmart it's in the pet department. It's a shampoo thy use on horses but it's been approved for humans. I know it sounds crazy but it WORKS!Should I use Garnier Fructis Length %26amp; Strength or Nioxin?
I use Nioxin, and think it works great. I haven't tried Garnier's, but I suspect it's not as strong as Nioxin is. I've really noticed a difference!!
well in my opinion i would go anything accept for the garnier as in my experience it dried my hair out so much it was like straw. so if i were you I'd go the other one.
If you want to get the best results possible, use salon shampoos and conditioners. Paul Mitchell is really good, but if you don't like that, use Bed Head...I use Aussie though, I think it works well and to add to that it smells GREAT
I've been using various types of length and strength shampoos and my hair has gotten really long over the past year. I'd say it's grown about 4-5 inches. I also drink a loooot of water. Good Luck =)
any product of Garnier Fructis works great for ur case.
