Does Nioxin work for fine hair?

I have very fine, thin hair. And it feels like I'm balding even though I'm not. I just want fuller, thicker hair. I've tried Folicure before briefly and it didn't work for me at all (it's also a lot cheaper than Nioxin so maybe that's why). Does Nioxin really work if I wanted thicker hair?





I've heard that it only works for people who are actually balding... Any feedback/advice would be great!Does Nioxin work for fine hair?
I bought it for my sister who's hair started thinning. She loved it and has grown a fuller head of hair. She uses it once in a while to make sure it dosn't start thinning again, but does not have to use it all the time.
