In Nioxin a good product for ethnic hair?

I am experiencing some shedding and brittle ends. I was told that Nioxin would be a good product to help with these issues, but just want to get any advice from those who have used it and have ethnic hair.In Nioxin a good product for ethnic hair?
I have used, Nioxin but I found that it left my very frizzy brittle hair (i am hispanic) even more dry and caused more breaks.

What I have been doing instead is taking Biotin, everyday ( you can buy it at most vitamin shops like GNC etc.) 500-1000 mg a day. Along with a good deep conditioner once a week.

One thing to remember it will take several weeks (depending on how fast your hair grows) for any difference to show up in your hair, as for the brittle ends I would suggest just going to your hair dresser every 6 weeks or so to have them ';trim'; your ends.

good luck..In Nioxin a good product for ethnic hair?
its good for all types of hair, but in your case, you aren't balding or experiencing thinning...you need to get a deep conditioner and have your ends trimmed every six-eight weeks and keep your hair moisturize....good luck
