Your best bet would be to visit the Nioxin website http://www.nioxin.com/ and click on the link that says ';Assess my Needs'; at the top left of the page. This will ask you questions about your hair and make product recommendations. For best results, buy the three step system tailored to your hair type, or at the very least, make sure to get the matching shampoo and scalp treatment (conditioner). Keep in mind, Nioxin must be continuously used to see the benefits.
