Using rogaine and nioxin the same time?

Hi.


I'm asking behalf of my twenty something husband who is balding. I hate seeing him so down about his hair so I purchased him Nioxin starter kit system 2, just then on ebay.


To which I read on yahoo answers is the best shampoo.





What I would like to ask is if I buy him rogaine and get him to use it with nioxin, will this be redundant or will it give him side effects? Your help will be much appreciated.Using rogaine and nioxin the same time?
Well from personal experience what trichologists and hair dressers have said i found no use with using DHT blocking prescription medication in the form of finasteride/propecia which is the only one formerly recognized to prevent or stop hair loss in men...





I used it for 8 months with no results seen %26amp; at the same time using Nioxin Cytonutrients which then turned into Bionutrients which i used for 2 years non stop with the complete 3 part system.





Rogaine or other treatmens like Propecia or it's actual drug name finasteride are completely safe to use with Nioxin products as they work on different levels.





Nioxin doesn't enter the blood stream so it's affect is only in that it removes some of the surface dht and sebum... finasteride supposedly blocks dht from forming internally. My mate had no success with either %26amp; i've personally used nioxin during it's different research phases and found it's not very volumising either... i'd go for revitalize by american crew or body double by Sebastian for thicker results...





Hair loss is usually related to stress; so remove what is stressing him and the hair usually stops falling out altogether. Also look at his liver... it won't show up in liver toxicity tests as they only show the absolute upper limits for liver toxicity... near fatal levels...





Go to a good naturopath who uses herbal medicine %26amp; iridology... usually by addressing the liver centrally you stop the hair loss altogether. The Naturopath won't address the hair issue alone but will work on his entire body by bringing everything into balance and removing any toxicity issues %26amp; treating his stress to actively effect the hair loss issue.Using rogaine and nioxin the same time?
No they work well together....I use them both, and I've grown a lot of hair back from my receded hairline...its look ing much better...





FYI: The rogaine foam is incredible....there is much evidence behind it...there is not much evidence behind nioxin...I use both though, and it works well.
