I started using Nioxin this week. Just a few questions about its usage. How often should I actually use it? I am 21 and I have been told my hair is thinning in some areas. Also the spray which is the third step, what is the best way to go about applying that?Nioxin.....?
Wash your hair with it every other day. Also, spray the stuff on your scalp, but don't drench your head in it. Hope i helped!
