Yes. Get the shampoo and conditioner; then get the scalp treatment and the follicle booster. Then take a vitamin called Biotin; its for hair and nails. Get the biggest dosage available. I take Biotin 5mg. Do not buy Nioxon vitamins because they are very expensive and Biotin does the same thing for allot less money. Hope I helped.
